BUS 302 - Organizational Theory and Behavior

An analysis of the elements of organizational behavior. Topics include effective communication, managing conflict, motivation, morale, dynamics of change, leadership, stress, ethics, etiquette, and understanding management. Students will create and present a research project based on a course topic.
