CU 101 - Life Skills I This course is designed to help students develop and apply the life skills needed to create academic and personal/social success. The course concludes with LitSphere, a program that encourages students to become intrinsically motivated readers by fostering a culture of reading for pleasure. Life skills include coachability, spiritual growth, financial literacy, building confidence, communicating effectively, self-care and wellness, problem-solving, collaboration, technical competence, and developing professionalism.
