SSPE 201 - Wellness This course is designed to empower students to cultivate an integrated approach to well-being that they can apply during their college years and beyond. The course helps students address the challenges and opportunities of college and equips them with practical tools and strategies to enhance their physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. The course focuses on achieving work/life balance through wellness, resilience, and mindfulness.
