CHEM 325 - Introduction to Biochemistry

A study of the behavior of organic molecules which are significant in biological systems; structure-property relationships within the biochemical system are emphasized. Topics in biotechnology are included in both the lecture and laboratory. Six hours of lecture and two three-hour laboratories per week.
