BIOL 215 - Basic Laboratory Techniques

This is a study of the theory and application of basic laboratory techniques. Emphasis is placed on ensuring comprehension of proper instrumentation handling, experimental techniques according to standard operating procedures, and methodology commonly required in laboratory investigation.
