BUS 440 - Leadership Theory and Development Explores the nature of leadership in theory and practice. Emphasizes that leaders are needed at all levels in organizations. In addition to studying leaders, this course uses self-assessment as an initial step in creating a plan for the development of students’ leadership skills.
Prerequisite(s): BUS 261 with a grade of C or better, Junior Standing and Admission to the School of Business Credits: 3 hours
