ART 170 - Basic Design I

An introduction course in the study of design and visual elements, color theory, and in the fundamentals of two-dimensional design introduced through black-and-white and color compositions in a variety of media. Emphasis on the development of creative concepts, and the basic understanding and development of a design vocabulary.

Prerequisite(s): Art major or minor
