GC 331 - Substrates, Inks and Toners

This course will examine technical aspects of paper, other substrates, inks, toners, and other printable materials used in the printing and packaging industries. Manufacture, application, and interaction of these materials in relation to particular processes and end use requirements. The student will explore hands-on testing of materials in relation to quality, properties, and performance.
