CJ 490 - Internship

A practical application of theoretical knowledge obtained by the students in classroom instruction through field placement in various criminal justice agencies. The field placement will consist of a minimum of 40 hours per credit hour and will be supervised by the designated agency and department faculty. The course may be offered during any semester (based upon the number of students requesting an internship).

Prerequisite(s): CJ 101 , CJ 105 , CJ 204 , Junior standing, approval of the department chair
